Services
Please note all of my services are only available virtually and for clients who live in Ontario.
Virtual Individual Psychotherapy
I provide individual psychotherapy to teens, young adults and adults. To learn more about how I work, please visit the My Approach section below or book a free consultation with me.
Virtual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia
CBT-I is a structured, evidence-based therapy that is considered the first line of treatment for chronic insomnia. I have several years of experience providing insomnia treatment to clients in both individual and group contexts and have found this to be a very effective intervention. CBT-I is often short-term (6-8 sessions) and equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to manage their insomnia and reduce the negative impacts of insomnia on their daily life. This is a skills-based and behavioural focused treatment that includes maintaining a sleep diary/tracker, engaging in behavioural experiments and shifting one's thoughts about sleep.
Virtual Skills-based Counselling & Coaching for ADHD
I provide skills-based counselling for teens and adults living with ADHD. This service may be appropriate for individuals living with ADHD who are looking for practical skills and strategies to help reach their goals and translate knowledge and intention into action.
Fees
Please contact me or book a free consultation to discuss my fees. I aim to make therapy accessible and a sliding scale fee may be available upon request and based on availability. Social work and psychotherapy services are often covered by extended health benefits and I provide receipts for reimbursement.
My Approach
I believe the foundation of meaningful therapy lies in the relationship between therapist and client. I show up with curiosity, patience and compassion and create a space that feels warm and welcoming. I strive to be with my clients in a way that cultivates the powerful experience of feeling heard, genuinely understood and deeply cared for. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I view each person as the expert of their own experience and tailor my approach to their unique needs and goals.

My approach is rooted in mindfulness and informed by neurobiology. Therapy with me involves attending to the cognitive (thinking), emotional (feeling) and somatic (bodily) dimensions of experience to foster insight, integration and growth. I hope to help people develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I primarily draw from mindfulness-based therapies, internal family systems (IFS), somatic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-aware. I believe early relationships and past experiences of safety and adversity shape how we think, feel and relate in the present. I prioritize safety, trust, collaboration and choice in the therapeutic relationship and often incorporate psychoeducation to help clients better understand their experiences.

My work focuses on clarifying values and supporting clients in living in alignment with their values and goals. I emphasize skill-building by offering practical tools for managing stress, regulating emotions, shifting behaviours and navigating relationships more effectively.

I see therapy as a space for both acceptance and change. I support clients in processing what’s beyond their control—such as past experiences or current challenges—while also helping them identify where they have agency and can make meaningful changes to improve their well-being.
Engaging in ongoing learning and professional development is fundamental to my practice as a social worker. Below is a more extensive list of my professional development experiences that inform the way I work:
